The Agrinex Vibro De-Stoner is a critical protection machine in every rice milling line — its sole purpose is to remove stones, pebbles, and heavy impurities from paddy before the grain reaches the husker and whitener, preventing catastrophic damage to rubber rolls, grinding wheels, and downstream precision components.
Operating on the principle of combined vibratory motion, upward air suction, and precision screening, the Agrinex De-Stoner uses gravity and airflow to separate heavy contaminants from the lighter grain mass. Stones and heavy materials sink to the stone discharge outlet while clean paddy is conveyed upward and out through the grain discharge. Three models are available to suit different throughput capacities — from small mills processing 3–4 TPH to large commercial operations handling 6–8 tonnes per hour. The machine is suitable for rice, wheat, and millet, making it a versatile investment for any grain processing facility.
