The Agrinex Paddy Separator is an advanced oscillation-based machine that performs one of the most critical separation tasks in the entire rice milling process — accurately and continuously separating un-husked paddy from husked brown rice after the shelling stage.
Using the principles of gravity and controlled oscillation, the machine’s tray deck creates differential movement that causes lighter un-husked paddy to migrate to one discharge outlet while heavier, husked brown rice flows to another. A third mixed-grain outlet returns partially processed material to the sheller for reprocessing — creating a closed-loop separation system that maximises shelling efficiency and ensures no paddy grain reaches the whitener prematurely. The GTSA-1 (20 trays) and GTSB-1 (40 trays) configurations cover throughputs from 3 TPH to 8 TPH, making these machines suitable for both medium and large-scale commercial rice mills.
