The Agrinex Paddy Cleaner is the essential first step in every high-performance rice milling line. Built on a robust combination of heavy structural steel and imported laminated rubber wood, this machine is engineered to remove all forms of field and transit impurities from raw paddy — including stones, grass, sand, immature grains, and dust — before the paddy enters the shelling and milling stages.
The machine features a dedicated feeding apparatus with a precision feed roll, a two-stage aspiration system (pre-aspiration and final aspiration), an integral fan with fixed-speed drive, and separate motors for aspiration and sieve-boat drive. Three layers of GI coated screens are fitted, with rubber balls placed in the screening deck to prevent clogging and maintain consistent throughput across extended operating shifts. The result is cleaner paddy entering your line, reduced wear on downstream machinery, better grain quality, and a milling operation that consistently meets market and export standards.
